Before AI, I moved turbines. As Managing Director — first of Zureck Logistic Sweden, then ARBOR Logistics Sweden — I built the foundation for growth and grew the customer base for onshore wind-farm logistics across the Nordics and central Europe.
It's logistics at the heavy end: route surveys, oversized component transport, and the partnerships to pull it off. The work supported delivery of 100+ turbines to wind farms in Sweden, Britain and Ireland, and contributed to the largest onshore wind project of 2022 — 60 turbines. One project even ran outside wind entirely: route survey and initial component transport for a rocket test centre in Kiruna.
This is where the operator's instinct comes from — owning a P&L, building a young company, and getting physical things to remote places on time.
